Gluten-Free Tapioca Starch Recipes
All gluten-free recipes that use tapioca starch. Also called tapioca flour, tapioca starch is a light and fluffy gluten-free starch that creates chew and helps hold gluten-free baked goods together. In cookies, tapioca flour both works to create the classic chewiness and the crisp edges. In cakes, tapioca flour adds softness and loft to the fluffy crumb. It has very little flavor on its own, but instead is strictly used for the structure of baked goods.
