    Gluten-Free Cornstarch Recipes

    All gluten-free recipes that use cornstarch. Naturally gluten-free, cornstarch is a powerhouse for improving the texture of gluten-free baked goods. In cookies, it makes them crisp and tender to the bite. It helps the outside of churros and donuts crisp up without becoming too light and airy. Adding a little bit to cakes, cornstarch makes the blend mimic the taste and texture of a light and fluffy cake flour that leads to a tender crumb.
