Gluten-Free Oat Flour Recipes
All gluten-free recipes that use gluten-free oat flour. Oat flour is, hands down, the most commonly used gluten-free flour in my pantry. Oat flour adds moisture, fluffiness, and a warm wholesome whole-grain flavor that's more reminiscent of traditional baked goods than any other gluten-free flour.
I use oat flour in anything from cakes to cookies to soft pretzels to tart crusts.
Oats are prone to cross-contamination, so it's important to look for a gluten-free oat flour when making gluten-free baked goods. You can also make your own by blending gluten-free rolled oats in a blender and sifting out any large chunks.
