Gluten-Free Chestnut Flour Recipes
All gluten-free recipes that use Chestnut Flour. Chestnut flour is one of my favorite gluten-free flours. Its flavor is sweet with roasted earthy notes, and the texture is soft and tender. Chestnut flour creates cakes with a fluffy tender crumb, or the most delicious pasta of your life.
It's also one of the hardest flours to come by because you won't find it at most supermarkets. This is the brand of chestnut flour I use and you can order it from a local market here in the Bay Area or find it at Italian markets.
