Gluten-Free Potato Starch Recipes
All gluten-free recipes that use potato starch. Different than potato flour, potato starch is a naturally gluten-free starch that works great in gluten-free breads and doughs. Like tapioca starch, it's a fluffy starch that adds chewiness to baked goods. Over my years of recipe testing, I've found that combining tapioca starch with potato starch produced more flavorful bread or brioche dough with better texture.
