Corn Flour Recipes

All gluten-free recipes that use corn flour. Corn flour is much more finely ground than cornmeal. In the US, corn flour refers to very finely ground yellow corn kernels, which is distinctly different than corn starch. It works as a substitute for cornmeal, when you want a softer fluffier texture.
