Easy kiwi sorbet with just three ingredients!

peeled and sliced into circles
½
cup
sugar
,
the original recipe called for caster sugar, but I didn't have that, so I ground up my granulated sugar first

tablespoons
ice water
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the kiwi slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze for 2-3 hours.
Put the sugar in a food processor and grind it for a minute to make it fine.
Add the frozen kiwi slices to the food processor and blend until combined.
While the food processor is still running, slowly add the ice water. Process until it turns into what looks like creamy soft serve ice cream.
Eat it as is or freeze it until thicker.
