Gluten-Free Millet Flour Recipes
All gluten-free recipes that use millet flour. Millet flour is one of the top five most-used gluten-free flours in my pantry. It's a soft neutral flour that's perfect for cakes, as it balances the other flours to create cakes that are neither too moist nor gummy. When used in gluten-free baked goods, I consider millet flour the "mediator" between the other flours.
